🚗 DC Detailing Refund Policy

We’re committed to delivering top-quality mobile car detailing services. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right. Please review our refund policy below:
 

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll assess the issue and offer a solution—this may include a touch-up or partial refund, depending on the situation.


2. Cancellations & Refunds
 

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 25% cancellation fee, unless due to emergencies.

  • No-shows without notice are non-refundable.


3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not apply if:
 

  • The issue is due to pre-existing vehicle damage or conditions outside our control

  • The service was completed as described, but personal expectations differ


4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at dylancole@dcwash.net or use the form on our website with:
 

  • Your name and contact info

  • Appointment date and service booked

  • A brief description of the concern


We aim to respond within 48 hours. Your trust matters—and your feedback helps us improve.
