1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll assess the issue and offer a solution—this may include a touch-up or partial refund, depending on the situation.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 25% cancellation fee, unless due to emergencies.

No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may not apply if:

The issue is due to pre-existing vehicle damage or conditions outside our control

The service was completed as described, but personal expectations differ
